General Information

This Architect designed Georgian clapboard mansion was built in 1911 by a Lynn shoe manufacturer. Features include gracious foyer and grand staircase winding up the three floors.French doors leading to large veranda for breakfast overlooks the gardens and ocean.

    Cancellation must be received 14 days before check-in for any refund. Cancellation less that 14 days before check-in, refund will be made only if we are able to re-rent the complete space. A 10% service fee of full booking, minimum $35.00, per room is charged for all cancellations outside of 14 day policy. Deposits made at booking.
