Little Bit's Ultimate Coffee

We developed "Little Bit's Ultimate Coffee" here in our pub when a guest said that she was "sick of plain old Irish coffee...". We made her one of these, and now she drinks them everytime she's here!

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz coffee (may opt for espresso)
  • 1/2 shot di Saronno Amaretto
  • 1/2 shot Frangelico
  • 1/2 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/3 cup Steamed, frothy milk
  • Good Dollop Whipped cream
  • pinch Grated cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Using a counter-top espresso maker/cappuccino machine, make 5 ounces of strong (but not overpowering) coffee or espresso. Steam 1/3 cup of LOW-FAT or SKIM milk. (Whole milk will not work, nor will half and half.)
  2. Pour the coffee into a glass mug or fishbowl glass. (Note: When using a fishbowl glass, place a spoon into the glass to transfer the heat; Otherwise, the glass will crack.) Add the amaretto, Frangelico and Bailey's. Next, add the steamed milk. Top the drink with a decent size portion of whipped cream and sprinkle it with cinnamon. Enjoy!
