  4 Luxury Villas and 5 Suites. The Villas are private 850 sq ft cottages, exquisitely decorated with kitchenettes. The Suites are all over 1000 sq ft. 4 of the suites have full kitchens 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You arrive to fresh baked bread in your Villa or Suite (the smell is wonderful). Your kitchenette or kitchen will have complementary refrigerator stocked with water and juices and a snack basket. The villa have a walk-in waterfall shower, fireplace, jetted tub, king bed, stereo, VCR, DVD, TV, and sitting area. If you choose a Suite it has a separate living room, and separate master bedroom(s)In the Villas and Suite you are served a full Breakfast in your room or with the other guests in the common area. A $25 per person, per night fee applies for more than 2 people in a room. Paid upon arrival.

• Deposit amount required (50% at time of reservation, 100% 15 days prior to stay. 100% at time of booking for all single day reservations.)
• Check in time is 2-6 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is for more than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to the required time, the charged amount will be refunded, less a $25 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 or, or if applicable, 30 days of arrival date you will be obligated for the room. We will make every effort to re-sell the room. If we are able to re-sell the room, you will be credited for the rate we are able to get for the room less the $25 cancellation fee.
