Bring a girlfriend, a spouse or come by yourself and spend the weekend with us "CookInn". Learn how to prepare a feast fit for a king or queen. Join Chef Anthony Schulz for dessert and a glass of wine on Friday evening. Meet new friends and have fun discussing and reviewing recipes you will be preparing the next day. During the day on Saturday, you will help prepare the feast for Saturday night's dinner. The winter class will feature slow cook goodness, the spring is cooking light with full flavor and the fall gourmet feel good food. A two night stay is required to participate. Class is limited to eight people, therefore, inviting hands-on participation. Class includes recipes, hands-on cooking, an Inn & Spa At Cedar Falls apron and Saturday night dinner.
