General Information

This 100-year-old carriage house sits on spacious grounds adorned by shade trees and berry bushes. The Inn is located close to the bike path, Martha's Vineyard, Nobska Lighthouse, the Oceanographic Institute, and the many beaches of the Cape. Rooms have private baths and are graciously appointed in a comfortable, clean, airy atmosphere.We are a 'green' property with wireless.

  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Children are welcome (only one room for babies and one with 2 beds)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (champagne/wine splits for special occasions)
  • Deposit amount required (100% for stays 2 days or less, 50% for stays 3 days or more)
  • Check in time is 3-5 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
  • Cancellations:
    Deposits are refundable within two weeks notice, less $25.00 processing fee. On shorter notice, refunds of deposits are subject to re-rental of room, less handling charge.
