Berry Sauce
Total preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cups berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
Steps:
- Mix the first 4 ingregients together in a small saucepan until comes to a boil. Stir for 2-3 minutes until sauce is clear and thickens. Add berries and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Spoon over French Toast.
