Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1 lb bacon
- 10 slices of bread
- Butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
Steps:
- Cut bacon into cubes and brown until crisp. Drain and reserve. BVutter the bread slices generously and cut into cubes. Place in the bottom of a 10 x 13-inch dish. Combine eggs, milk, pepper and grated cheese. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle the crisp bacon on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, uncover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
