    Breakfast starts with fresh squeezed orange juice and a fresh fruit compote and lingers through a luscious appetizer and a hearty entre, such as the Glacier Melter, accompanied by Alaskan Reindeer sausage or Smoked Alaska Salmon and the warm beverage of your choice.

    All the milk, eggs, breads, salmon, and coffees we serve are organic, as are most fruits and veggies—for your health and the Earth’s!
