Andy and Carrie O'Sullivan enjoy welcoming guests to their colonial revival home just 5 doors from the beach. As you enter the bright and airy foyer, you feel the warmth and hospitality of "home". Each guest suite features a fireplace and provides the spacious comfort of your own sitting room with TV/VCR, as well as a kitchenette and bath. The Bantry Cottage also boasts an oversized jacuzzi. Escape to your private retreat or enjoy our front parlor and verandah with the other guests. The O'Sullivans are happy to provide you with all the ingredients to make your stay enjoyable whether it be a romantic couples getaway at the Cape May Day Spa, dinner reservations at one of Cape May's finest restaurants, or tickets to any of the cultural tours or events sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts. Summer means family vacations and since all the suites do have kitchens, weekly rates are offered during July and August to accomodate families. Our side yard with picnic area and grill provides the perfect setting for a family barbecue.

The Akwaaba by the Sea was built in the 1850's and offers beautiful, romantic and cozy rooms and apts/suites. Much of the natural beauty remains intact and we have renovated and decorated in an appealing Victorian style. Located directly across the street from Akwaaba by the Sea, every room is spacious and full of light. There are five guest rooms in the main house and two guest suites in the carriage house. A sunny, glassed-in porch is the perfect gathering place year-round, not to mention the elegant parlor with a wood-burning fireplace or the conference center/game room with an oversized, flat-screen TV, guest computer station and handsome table sets for playing cards and board games. Our Cape May guests enjoy both inns during their stay, and between the two houses, we can sleep up to 34 guests. Twin Gables is a Victorian Cottage built in 1879 and is conveniently located on popular Columbia Avenue in the primary Historic District. It is located just a couple of blocks from the beaches, Victorian mall and fine restaurants. The wicker-furnished, screened veranda provides a peaceful setting for our full sit-down breakfast and afternoon refreshments. All the rooms including the parlor have large lace-covered windows and period antiques. The B&B is year round and each bedroom offers a/c, private baths and Queens size beds. One room available as twins or king. Two day minimum on weekends available, three on holidays.

Built in 1869, the Gingerbread House is one of the eight Stockton Row Cottages situated in the historic District that has been meticulously and elegantly restored. This charming Victorian house is loaded with gingerbread woodwork, incorporating the innkeeper's talents and craftsmanship. His creations include the double entrance doors of teakwood with beveled glass and upgraded bathrooms of teakwood and corian counters. Victorian furnishings, lace curtains, period wallpapers, original Cape May watercolors by Fred's mother, award-winning photographs and classical music provide a lovely atmosphere with friendly service and attention to detail.
