We are the perfect destination for romantic weekends, sightseeing our historic sites, Pennsylvania Convention Center meetings, business travel, family gatherings, or just a getaway trip.

Located in Old City Philadelphia, this fully furnished loft is over 2,000 square feet and offers the utmost luxury for the discerning traveler. Visit picassoloft Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and private bath and 100 ft. apart - ideal for business travelers to share. Large open space perfect for entertaining. Top of line kitchen, 12ft island with 6 barstools. Dining table seats 10. Free internet, 52” HDTV with DVD, central air, washer and dryer. Not a conventional bed and breakfast but a self-catering B and B with all the amenities of home in a private setting. This loft has two private bedrooms but it is possible to use just one. Use of one bedroom for 1-2 people is $199/night (plus 8% tax $15.92/night) with a three night minimum. Use of 2 bedrooms for 2-4 people is $299/night (plus 8% tax $23.92/night) with a strict two night minimum (3 night minimum on holiday weekends). The hosts are willing to provide a third queen sized bed and linens/towels to accomodate 1-2 additional people, 6 maximum, for $25 per person extra. Full rental, damage deposit (fully refundable), extra person fee and tax are paid directly to owner after booking. Surcharge of $100 for bookings falling over a federal holiday.

This small, historic 1811 Philadelphia brick townhouse has a modern interior which retains some beautiful features of the original structure. 200-year-old interior brick walls have been exposed. Also preserved are the original floors, doors, latches, narrow, circular wooden stairs and the butter-colored old pine paneling enclosing them. A small greenhouse at the rear of the ground floor adds more space and light. The working fireplace in the third floor bedroom adds a special charm to this room on a winter evening.

The Thomas Bond House was originally built for Dr. Thomas Bond, who co-founded Pennsylvania Hospital, the first public hospital in the US, with Benjamin Franklin. You will find that commuter trains or highways will whisk you downtown in 25 minutes, but you are only a few blocks from the world's largest urban park for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Many homes date from pre-revolutionary times through the Victorian era. You will find some tourist activities in Germantown as well as many historic and cultural sites downtown.
