Thank you very much for your review. I am very sorry that few things were not as you would expect. I have checked the problem with the remote controller for the satellite TV and to my surprise it worked like a charm. I know that in USA there are different remotes. If you would point out to me about this problem at the time when the problem occured I would rush to show you how to operate it. The same was with hot water. There is unlimitted water supply because we have tank less gas operated water supply system. In US it is not very common.You should have point out to me about this problem at the time and I would instruct you how to use it. As far as breakfast is concerned it clearly stated that I serve CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST and you should not have expected more. Thank you for your comments about the beds. This is being corrected and new mattresses are being delivered.
