In an Art Nouveau building, my B & B has been carefully restored respecting the original materials and the time now to create a charming place to spend a quiet holiday amidst the beauty of Pisa. Located a few hundred meters from the Piazza dei Miracoli with the Duomo and the Baptistery of Pisa and close to St. Clare Hospital. From Bed and Breakfast is within walking distance of the downtown streets, the riversides, the Church of the Thorn, San Paolo a Ripa d'Arno and the other beauties of the city such as Piazza dei Cavalieri with the Normal School, the church of San Michele in village, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the major museums. The Bed and Breakfast La Magnolia is a Villa completely renovated, with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, with 5 spacious and comfortable rooms that overlook a large garden. Each room is equipped with a luxurious bathroom and a television are also provided towels, bathrobes, slippers, bath SOAP and shampoo. Its location is ideal to reach the city centre, the Tower of Pisa and the Santa Chiara Hospital that are only 800 mt. It is also very close to the train station and the Park of San Rossore, at San Rossore and the Museum of Roman ships. Public transport is easily reached the hospital Cisanello, central railway station and the sea. The parking is free. On arrival are given the keys that allow free entry into time without limits. A truly unique B&B situated in a medieval Tuscan hamlet ideally located 25 min. from Pisa, Lucca or Volterra and within 50 min you are in Florence! Podere la Pergola is immersed in a typical Tuscan landscape and overlooking softly undulating hills covered by olive groves and vineyards. Alltogether we offer: 3 B&B rooms and 2 idyllic cottages. Recently, the rooms were lovingly restructured offering an excellent comfort and with an eye to preserving traditional features (such as beautiful beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles etc.), and tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail. The magnificent pool (12 x 6 meters) is surrounded by a lovely garden area with palms and cypress trees, and tiled with the traditional Italian Travertino marble. The property extends over three hectares on a hill slope and consists mainly of olive groves; guests may taste and acquire our olive oil and our dark red chianti wine! In walking distance you will find a Tuscan restaurant, a small grocery shop, as well as a café with wine-bar available for tasting of local wines and cheeses and for an excellent capuccino! We live in the adjacent house with a separate entrance, thus ensuring the necessary privacy for our guests.

The estate, built in the 13 th century, is situated in the middle of 4 hectares of olive plantations (approx. 10 acres). After having been completely renovated in the Tuscan style, the Podere today offers 4 suites and 3 double rooms with all the comforts: air-conditioning, satellite TV, WIFI, refrigerator and a sun terrace on two floors. The suites and double rooms are luxu- riously furnished with antique wooden furniture, terracotta floors and marble elements in the bathrooms The large pool and whirlpool with a lawn for sunbathing is beautifully situated between the olive trees.
