Located in one of the most picturesque corners of Monferrato, the Castello di Razzano is composed of a winery as well as luxury accommodations. The estate is approximately 100 hectares of land, which includes 40 hectares cultivated with vineyards and 5 hectares of olive groves. The wine production, about 200,000 bottles per year, is mostly dedicated to the native Barbera vines, including versions such as Barbera d'Asti Docg and Barbera del Monferrato Docg. In recent years, albeit in limited quantity, we also began producing an excellent olive oil. The historical cellars for aging our wines are situated in the basement of the castle which stands on a site of Roman origin. Inside the castle there are accommodations, consisting of 13 rooms of which 2 are suites, 4 superior suites, 6 junior suites, and 1 bedroom. We also have a splendid outdoor swimming pool amidst the vineyards with a panoramic 360° view. The castle is also home to a Wine Museum, an Enoteca, a beautiful tasting room, some rooms for business meetings, and a tourist information point at the reception.
