The estate stands on a hilltop and enjoys a 360° panorama in the heart of the Monferrato area. It has been restructured with full respect for historical values, offering to its guests simple rooms with a touch of creativity. Careful renovation has preserved the charm of the past. It is an ideal base for gastronomic – wine tours, and the perfect place for those who love peace and quiet, good food and family atmosphere. For the eight rooms of "bed and breakfast, Park the Babi", housed in a building of the ' 700, were chosen the colors of the "island" of Castell'Apertole: intense blue of the sky and water, the green vegetation and rice in summer, the golden yellow of the Sun and autumn rice paddies. Each room, or rather, every mini apartment has a living room with fireplace, kitchenette, table, sofa and a bedroom that can accommodate up to four people, with en suite. TV, refrigerator and a private car park complete the comforts guests. Ground floor rooms for disabled are available. Breakfast is served at the bar of Babi and during the summer, also outdoors
