Both windows in the bedroom on the south side of the house have waterway views, and sunrises at Mallard Bay are glorious. This room has a separate reading nook, a large closet, and an inviting built-in sofa/daybed.
Coleman camp chairs, found in the closet, are for use on the balcony.
