In warm months, the back porch is the ideal spot for breakfast or evening refreshments. From here guests can see the Black Mountain Range, the highest peaks in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the tallest east of the Rockies.The Ayers Room has a king bed that converts to twins on request. It takes up half the second floor of the house and features a huge bath with tub and shower, gas fireplace and lots of windows. TV/DVD and wi-fi.
The Forest Room, in the cottage, is a perfect private getaway. It has a high-backed queen bed, dark oak furnishings, a gas fireplace, window air conditioner and private bath with whirlpool tub for two and shower. With TV/DVD and wi-fi.The Monroe Room features lovely antique oak furnishings with handcarved details, a full-size bed, private bath with shower and nice view of the mountains. Cental AC.
