The Carlton Bridge Room is our most requested room. Guests find the antique wood double bed, accessories, and burgundy and green decor very pleasing.Enjoy this Currier and Ives winter wonderland where you'll find plenty of winter activities nearby and plenty of warmth on the inside.
100 yards from the front door of The Bridges Inn at Whitcomb House, you will find the 1832 West Swanzey "Thompson Bridge," considered to be one of New Hampshire's most beautiful.People of all ages love our antiques. Gabriela enjoys taking her antique dolls for a walk around the inn in this vintage pram.
In the spring, New Hampshire is known for its maple sugaring. The trees at the Bridges Inn are being tapped; a local maple sugar house boils it down and bottles it for us. We serve the maple syrup at breakfast and sell it in our gift shop.Imagine how the inn looked in previous centuries. The tin ceiling, antiques, preserved molding and trim, and nooks and crannies will bring you back to yesteryear.
