Buckmaster Inn Bed and Breakfast

  • The John Buckmaster Inn was built in 1801 and is in the National Register of Historic Places. The names of the rooms are based on the people that were involved with the inn/ tavern when it was built, such as Asahel Holten, who was the practicing physician in the Shrewsbury community during the years of 1798 to 1813. John Buckmaster owned to Black- smith Shops and was the Postmaster of Shrewsbury Center. There is much history surrounding our Inn, we would love for you to see for yourself!
