Master Suite main room, showing California King-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and loveseat.  This is a very large suite that readily accommodates up to 6 guests.Imposing mahogany 4-poster bed in the Elliott Bay Suite.  The door in the far corner leads to the separate sitting room which includes a second small desk as well a twin-sized daybed and trundle for families, or for couples travelling together (can be combined as one king-sized bed).

Oak queen-sized bed in the Volunteer Park Room.  Among our three queen-sized rooms, this has the bath with the most original features, and also the only bathtub of the three.The grand oak-panelled Entry Hall welcomes you to the Shafer Baillie Mansion.
The formal Dining Room, just off the Entry Hall, where our expanded continental breakfast is served each morning.The Grand Salon, featuring original chandelier, mahogany woodwork including the massive fireplace, upholstered fabric wall panels and eclectic antique and reproduction furnishings.  Not visible in this picture is the mahogany baby grand piano which you are welcome to enjoy!
The Sunroom, which adjoins both the Dining Room and Salon, is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of your favorite beverage and the daily paper (New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Seattle Times provided!)
