Stop the World -- Sunny mornings, a breezy afternoon or a moonlit night, our spacious wraparound veranda is the perfect place to enjoy a moment to relax, reflect, or chat with friends.A big friendly fireplace and walls awash with historic leather bound editions as well as contemporary favorites -- The Library has something for everybody.
The Parlor has long been a traditional gathering place for guests and friends.  Join in lively conversation with fellow travelers while enjoying evening beverages.  French doors open to a lovely deck area, complete with seating and a terrific view of the nature preserve.The incredible Venetian crystal chandelier first catches your eye.  Then you notice the beautiful fireplace with ornate mantle.  The antique china cabinet and dining room table compete for your attention, as do the artwork and the oriental carpet—then you remember, you have come to this place for breakfast.
This stunning crimson room is located at the back of the property and features windows on two sides giving guests a treetops view of the forest and mountains.  Private bath and a carved antique four-poster bed make this room a favorite. Located on the second floor, the Green Room is the largest guest room at the inn.  A vintage settee and chair provide comfortable seating in these sizable accommodations, with antique four poster bed and extra large bathroom.
The Rose Room is classic bed and breakfast.  This many windowed suite has an ornate four-poster bed, antique vanity, fireplace and private bath.  Featuring three single beds in two separate rooms, The Turret Room is the forward most room at the inn and offers a peaceful view of our ancient oak and gardens from a private veranda.  The Turret Room incorporates the “round room” of this classic Victorian structure and includes an antique dresser, dressing table and seating that create cozy and comfortable accommodations for two or more travelers.
The Acorn Suite has it all!—Eat-in kitchen, family, master bedroom, large bathroom, room, ceiling fans, cable TV, A/C, washer/dryer, private deck (overlooking the nature preserve), and accommodations for four!  Located in The Carriage House, this ground level suite is ideal for extended stays or guests with disabilities.
