Its 16x6 m (52,5 x 19,7 feet) enclosed swimming pool with beach and waterfall, its indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, its sauna and hammam, its summer barbecue patio, its children´s playground, make of it a true paradise. 35 m2 air-conditioned suite occupying the whole first floor of the villa and a 10 m2 terrace with a view on the swimming pool, the golf course and the Serra da Arrabida. Entrance hall with spacious hanging closet, king size bed 1,80 x 2m (5,9 x 6,6 feet) and possibility of baby bed. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and wc.
Spacious entrance hall in regional stone and marble, large dining room seating ten, living room with fireplace, central 60 m2 snooker room and its small living Breakfast served on the terrace, in the bedroom or kitchen.
