And Daly Ave was home to many Fathers of Confederation (Sir Samuel Leonard Tilley, Sir Alexander Campbell, Sir Alexander Tilloch Galt) and our first Prime Minister, John A. The patio garden in winter stand out as the sun lights up the freshly fallen snow, one bright morning in March. This is a view from our Breakfast-Meeting ROOM towards the Patio-Garden-Parking area. For those that like it Cold there is plenty to do in Ottawa in winter!!! Bircher-Muesli - Our Signature Dish!!! This famous dish was created in Switzerland by Dr. Bircher in 1887 at his diet clinic. In 1924 it was named Bircher-Muesli and became a Swiss national tradition.

Parking; Because of our ideal downtown core location, consider leaving the car at home, because attractions are in walking distance from the Inn. You'll save money and the environment too! From the airport, a taxi ride to downtown is about $30.00CND and, the local bus #97 is $3.00. Onsite parking available at the rate of $12.00 per night per vehicle on a first come first serve basis (3pm to 2pm next day). No in-and-out privilages.
