Luxurious bedrooms and comfortable beds are standard at Annie Roe's Luxury Bed and Breakfast.Nestled in a beautiful manicured garden, the Garden Cottage provides a generous bed sitting room, comfortable Queen Size bed and ensuite. Enjoy your own private deck onto the garden where you can enjoy the serenity with a glass of wine along with private BBQ facilities and outdoor heater. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor spa which is just a few steps from your front door, however bookings are essential. The Garden Cottage has all the usual facilities including TV, DVD, CD player, Microwave, Toaster, tea and coffee making facilities. There is Port and chocolates on your arrival. The accommodation includes breakfast at the Ranges Café/Restaurant. Off Street parking is right outside the cottage, on Monash Avenue. The Garden Cottage is simply the best value B&B accommodation on the Mountain!
