A Victorian Bed & Breakfast Inn located in the gas-lit Historic Hill district of legendary Newport, Rhode Island. The Almondy features a convenient downtown and bay view location. This elegant 1890's home has been restored to its original glory and is located within walking distance of many fine restauants, antique shops, galleries and near the famous Newport Mansions and island beaches. Five elegant guestrooms and suites are uniquely decorated with fine period antiques and feature King or Queen beds, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath, most with spectacular bay views and some with a bedside fireplace. One-bedroom suites offer a seperate living room for additional comfort and a true feeling of spacious luxury. All accommodations at our Inn are elegantly decorated and feature cable TV, DVD, CD Player, telephone, free wireless internet access, central air-conditioning, private bathrooms with luxury bat amenities, hairdryer, iron & ironing board.
