The entrance to the Nellie Suite is through the French door on the second floor landing.Inn Bliss located on Bliss Road was built in 1888 and has not changed much since. Many of the windows still have original panels and the pine floors are original as well. The moldings have only been painted once. Though for all it's historic touches it has much that is new since the house has only had electricity since 1975. Teh house was renovated in 2002 and it kept its charm and good energy. The gardens were designed by our in-house Master Gardener, Brian, who loves to give garden tours and talk plants.
Lucretia's Room in the summer features a queen sized pillow top with 600 thread count sheets and a lovely quilt. The back window overlooks the gardens designed by our in-house Master Gardener.The lovely Mulberry color of the Nellie Suite makes it very relaxing. This is the bed decorations for the early autumn with a mixed fabric quilt of velvet, cotton and lovely stitches. The king bed is top of the line pillow top matress with 600 thread count sheets.
Our house is adorn with family antiques and heirlooms very dear to us. Our livingroom has a stove, piano and rocking chairs so you can relax and take in the Victorian charm.This room is wonderful for anniversaries and honeymoons
