Most rooms in our main Inn have Victorian era decor with 4 poster beds.Our main inn, The Inn on Bellevue, on 30 Bellevue Avenue is one of our 3 inns on the same block on Newport's famous Bellevue Avenue. It is on the corner of Bellevue Avenue and Catherine Street, just 2 blocks from our downtown waterfront area. This is where guests of all 3 properties check in. Our daily continental breakfast is served in our Cafe Modiano, which is also conveniently located here.

Bellevue Manor can accommodate groups & families with three 2-BR suites, and one 3-BR suite, as well as 8 guest rooms, which all emulate the Victorian Era design of the 7 original The Inn on Bellevue guest rooms. Bellevue Manor is nestled in a cozy little nook within walking distance of the downtown Newport waterfront area.Our complementary Continental Breakfast begins in our Cafe Modiano and can be enjoyed right there, in our lobby overlooking Newport's Famous Bellevue Avenue, or brought back to your room. We serve it daily from May 1st to October 31st, from 8:30-11 a.m. and on Saturday and Sundays only during our downtime of Novemeber 1st through April 30th.
Our lobby is a great place to relax, read the paper (New York Times, Boston Globe and Providence Journal), get tourist literature, and is where the overflow from our Cafe enjoys our daily continental breakfast.Continental breakfast is included with your stay and is served each morning in our cafe from 8:30-11:00 a.m. located in the lobby of our Inn on Bellevue on 30 Bellevue Avenue (on the same block as all 3 properties).
