Every morning, be awakened by the aroma of fresh coffee and homemade breads. A full country breakfast is served in the dining room or in the kitchen for that "at home feeling". This hearty breakfast consists of fruits, juices, homemade breads, cereals, eggs, bacon or sausage, toast & jellies, and an area favorite "goetta". You won't go away from this breakfast hungry as chef Ken (being a retired firefighter) knows how to pull off a great breakfast.The house has been restored and is exquisitely decorated with antiques. When visiting, you may hear the player piano or the victrola spinning the old records as you stroll through this home filled with Victorian charm.
The Nancy room is perfect for a quiet get-away. Beautifully decorated with a walnut high back queen size bed and private bath with an air jet whirlpool tub. Sit back and enjoy a book and occasionally gaze out the old "irregular glass" windows that overlooks the garden. Amenities for your convenience include hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, bubble bath, terry robes, telephone and high speed internet, $125 + tax. Henry Schriver room, named for the builder of this 1878 Townhouse, has hardwood floors and tastefully decorated in antique oak furnishings. Your comfort is assured with a queen size bed, desk and chair, and a cozy comfortable sofa. Indulge yourself with a wonderful bubble bath in the large claw foot tub, which also has a shower. Amenities for your convenience include hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, bubble bath, telephone and wireless high speed internet service. You will love the ambiance of this room with the old travel trunk used as a side table and the Crosley radio on the desk. Occupancy 3 $120.00, $25.00 extra for third person.
The Camille room, named for the owner of the house in the 20's was a concert pianist and would have many concerts in the parlor. The room is carpeted and has a high back antique queen size bed and private bath with whirlpool.
