We call this charming bright room the Yellow Room since most of the furnishings in the room are antique yellow. There is a cozy double bed and a comfortable chair in the room. Enjoy a color TV with cable, and a refrigerator for your convenience, both in the Yellow Room. This has always been a favorite for many people over the years becasue of it's charm. This room is $100 per night, plus tax, and includes a continental breakfast each morning. This room shares a bath with another double room. These are some of the beautiful flowers in our front garden. There are dragonfly decorations throughout the property to represent the memory of my beloved son Chrisopher, who ran the Inn several years and who passed all too soon, in 2006.
This is the deck which is extended off the side of The Hungry Whale Guest House. It provides a relaxing way to take in some sun or shade, lounge around, eat your lunch, and enjoy the breezy fresh Nantucket air!Our lovely front yard where you can lounge on the hammock or at the table next to our beautiful garden filled with herbs, tomatoes and flowers. Makes for a peaceful and relaxing afternoon!
This is the lovely Bartlett's Farm (overlooking Cisco Beach), where artists come to paint the beauty of nature. Nantucket Island residents and visitors can go there to get "Barlett's Corn", tomatoes, fresh herbs, homemade pies, cakes, and lots more. They have a beautiful hot house filled with all types of flowers. This is just one of many magnificent and breathtaking things to see on the island. One of the inn keepers, Mary Ellen Sullivan
One of three lighthouses on the island! Nantucket offers many activities to do for fun! Take a private sailboat ride around the island at sunset, rent mopeds and tour the island, or visit and tour the Nantucket Vinyard!
