Welcome to the 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Guest House at Sundance Bear Lodge. Rent the 1 bedroom smaller unit or the 2 bedroom larger unit -- or the whole house for a great family reunion.Colorado powder snow - we wish we had more!
Welcome -- join us at the top of the hill!Relax in guest house common room. Start the gas log fire, select a book or magazine, and take time to unwind in our recliner.

Lodge guests can expect a lavish hot breakfast in the lodge great room. Log cabin guests may choose to come along.Mesa Verde Rm has view of Mesa Verde and its own gas log fireplace. Two beds can accommodate 3 guests.
