Formal Living Room: Features a large comfortable sofa and three more cozy chairs to sit - all facing the fireplace which is lit most wintry afternoons. The back porch, located off the patio, is perfect for relaxing in the warmer months. Facing the back, it affords gorgeous views of the Green Mountains and Battenkill Valley. Don't miss the comfy hammock!
Ormsby Hill Fall PictureThe Conservatory features a magnificant wall of windows which let in plenty of sun and of course look out towards the Green Mountains. This is also a favorite spot to sit and watch the myriad birds that frequent the two feeders outside.
Gathering RoomThis second-floor two-room suite, cheerful and bright, faces east and affords wonderful views of the Green Mountains, and features his and her bathrooms.

The sitting room has a wood-burning fireplace, slim-line digital flat-screen television, VCR/DVD player, a large sofa (which can open into a queen-size bed to sleep an extra one or two persons), a fainting couch, wet bar, and your private refrigerator. Attached to the sitting room is her bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi (OK, two can share the jacuzzi!). Then enter the bedroom, with a king-size antique bow-top canopy bed, gas fireplace, and another slim-line digital flat-screen television. Attached to the bedroom is his bathroom with a shower for two which also operates as a steam shower (OK, you can share the shower too!).
Library Room: In the 1800's this was Edward Isham's personal library and many of the books that line the shelves belonged to Isham as well. The bedroom features a queen canopy bed which faces a large fireplace and a slim-line digital flat-screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a Jacuzzi for two and a large tiled two-person shower with a built-in seat.
