Breakfast at Gallery House is served in the dining room where delicious aromas and warm conversation beckon you to a breakfast of juices or fruit, cereals, fresh-baked breads, coffee and tea, along with your choice of entree..
Guests love the chocolate waffles with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, strawberry coulis and chocolate ganache. Another favorite is lemon stuffed French toast shaped like a butterfly, with blueberry syrup, lemon curd and whipped cream. The recipe is featured here on our website.

Other guest favorites include Governor's Eggs, Bananas Foster crepes, breakfast burritos, breakfast Napoleon, Eggs and Shrimp in gougere, and omelets cooked to order.
The Garden Room is my favorite. It's joyful and exuberant. Its yellow walls host a painted garden. There's a picket fence and wisteria twinning up the wall, a patch of sunflowers and a pot of pansies. Butterflies float through the sky toward their butterfly house. Look above the window and you'll find a bird's nest. In the private bathroom, there are potted plants and another bird's nest - all painted on the walls! The Western Room features a Queen-sized panel bed and matching night stand and armoire in a rustic combination of light pine with black metal accents and carved overlays. You'll find a television (equipped with cable) and books in the armoire. If you must work, the Western Room includes a writing desk. You also have a telephone, hair dryer, ceiling fan and clock/radio. So that you'll always look your best, you'll find an iron and ironing board in the closet.

The private bath in the Western Room has a shower only. The Western Room overlooks the Pocket Garden, at the rear of Gallery House.

Original art in this room includes works by Central American and Southwestern American artists, in addition to works by Gordon Moffett, innkeeper/artist.
