The Porch - The porch wraps around the house offering a beautiful place for conversation or a place to sit quietly and soak in the picturesque oak trees that have a history all their own. Watch the birds move about in the trees and the squirrels scramble about in search of a meal. If you listen, you might even hear the train moving through town. The Dining Room

Parlor - The foyer opens into the parlor which gives a very open, friendly atmosphere to the room. Along with the dining room, the parlor is the common room here at the Milam Home. Guests can get to know one another here, if desired. And, there is a piano for your enjoyment as well. The television, with cable, or the antique radio, equipped with a cassette, are available for your listening pleasure.
