James Clark: Named for J. Y. Clark who purchased Stoneridge from the McCluer family in 1884, this room, our largest, is on the first floor of the north wing. A private enclosed porch opens onto the outdoor patio. Also known as the Garden Room, this room is decorated in soft greens and peach tones and offers views of the mountains, forests, meadows, and gardens to the West and East. The room features a rope-carved cherry four-poster queen bed, elaborate wainscoting, a whirlpool for two with view of the beautiful gas-log fireplace, and a private bath with a shower over tub.
