The George Washington Dining Room. The guests enjoy their gourmet breakfast in this intimate setting. The GW portrait is painted by nationaly reknowned local artist Jim Shore. The mirror is original as is the 1828 mantle. The ornate ceiling detail is an exact replica of the original plaster ceiling, also executed by Jim Shore. The Wedding Pavilion is often used for luncheons, dinners, and wedding receptions. The design allows for a tent extension thereby increasing the seating capacity to 150 guests.
The Jackson and Davie rooms feature original heart pine floors and fireplaces both in the bed, and bath-rooms. All bath rooms have a hydro therapy whirlpool and separate shower enclosure. The wonderful intimate seating area of the Mills/Palladio room. Pine floors, antique desk, 300 yr old prints, Chihuly glass sculpture, remote controle fireplace, and comfortable wing chairs made for relaxation.
