This historic building has been updated with your comfort and privacy in mind.Lackawaxen is on the Delaware River which is the border between the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains and the NY Catskills Mountains. 20 minutes Northwest of Milford PA. From the George Washington Bridge, it's 100 miles or 2 hours. We are due north of Phila; it's a 2 1/2 hr drive.
Roebling Inn has two guestrooms with a gas fireplace and a view of the Delaware River.We may be the only B&B in Pennsylvania that regularly has bald eagles perched in our riverbank trees. Bring your camera.

The Roebling Bridge was the forerunner to the Brooklyn Bridge and is the oldest suspension bridge in the United States! You can walk across it and visit the tollhouse museum (free).Riverview guestrooms and the cottage have fireplaces. We are the closest B&B to Ski Big Bear (5 miles) and guests receive 15% off ski lift tickets. In addition, birdwatchers love our location for viewing bald eagles in the wild.
