Your Innkeepers, Marcus and Lynette Sherman greet you at the Front Door.    
The front entrance is for guest use only. 
The front hallway contains a good collection of local interest books and some antique toys. It connects directly to the Southeast Master Bedroom and the Southwest Twin Bedroom of the 3 Room Suite.

In season, from June 24- Sept 5, The 3 room Family Suite is our only available lodging. We only rent to one party at a time.

Marcus and Lynette and their puppies live in their own apartment in the big old barn out back.  

Please bring your children and pets.
Click photo of house for more -The Southeast master bedroom is warmly furnished with a queen size four post canopy bed with luxurious 300 count linens and fine feather pillows, antique bureau and hutch with antique books, chairs, chests, and oriental carpets.

It is connected to the Southwest Twin Bedroom,
the Master Bathroom and the Living Room.
The Southwest bedroom also connects directly to the front hallway and is furnished with two twin beds, bureau, chairs and bedside tables. It has a fireplace and a large bookcase of nautical books and popular novels. 

It is connected to the smaller West Bedroom and the Living Room.The West bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, antique hutch, table and a bedside table. It also has a walk-in closet.

It is connected to the Southwest Twin Bedroom and the Living Room. 

A portable crib and a cot are available for use in any room.

The fireplaced living room connects to all three bedrooms and the Kitchen. It has a separate outside entrance from the side of the house.The family kitchen contains all the usual appliances and a large dining table and chairs. It has a raised fireplace and two walk-in pantries. You are welcome to use the phone for incoming and non-toll calls. 

A Full Breakfast of your preference is served in the Kitchen by Marcus and Lynette from 7:30 to 8:30 am. Please let us know your food preferences before you arrive, otherwise it's cook's choice of standard fare. 

You are welcome to help yourself to Continental Breakfast items which are available at all times. You can use the fridge but not the stove.
You are welcome to use the washer, dryer, large sink, and work table in the large laundry room next to the kitchen.
The screened porch adjoining the Kitchen has a nice love seat, several chairs and two tables where you can quietly enjoy reading and relaxing. There is also comfortable lawn furniture in the yard outside. 

There is No Smoking in the house, but it's OK outside. 

There is ample off-street parking for several cars.

The Master Bedroom connects directly to the newly renovated Delft tiled Bathroom and the Living Room. The shower has a large bronze porthole opening pleasantly to the outside.

There is another smaller Bathroom upstairs for guest use.
 
    There is an additional large private hot shower outside, great for an "open sky" morning shower and convenient for use after the beach. It has walls lined with Ivy and a one piece slate floor.Pets: You may bring your dog or cat.  Your pet MUST be house trained and taking an anti-flea medication.  Dogs MUST be kept on a leash or on a run when outside.  Dogs are allowed on public beaches only between 4:30 PM and 8:00 AM. Please clean up after your pet at all times. We do not do pet-sitting. 

Our friendly beagles, Riley and Clover, don't bark, live in the barn and are not allowed in the house or front yard.
On Marston Ave., Look for our two tall trees, stone wall and dimly lit sign with an old red hand pump on top. Our wide asphalt driveway is just before a street light. Park. Guests use red front door.It's beautiful here in the winter, but sorry we're closed then.
