One side of the living room. Has TV/DVD player and a selection of books and magazines. Very peaceful area to sit and read or have a cup of coffee or tea. Note: Blockbuster is about 4/10 of a mile away.One of the two largest rooms, downstairs bedroom, handicapped accessible. Has sitting area and fireplace with gas logs. TV. Very comfortable. Enjoy breakfast basket delivered to your room, or have breakfast in the kitchen. Unlimited candy jar. 24 hour coffee/tea/snacks. Private bath is down the hall. Bath is completely handicapped friendly with pull-down seat. Black out shades prevent sun from waking you. Adjacent to front door, for those pet owners who wish easy access to go out. No one else but you will use that front door, so noise is not a problem.
This handicapped-friendly bedroom has an old-fashioned double (and very hard) bed. This room is one of the two coolest rooms in the summer, as it is downstairs and does not get the morning sun. It is the owner's favorite, when she wants to sleep in. It is not "fancy" like the other rooms, It has a closet, table and chairs, and opens into the handicapped bath. We provide a small tv, (radio, if you like). Closest to the kitchen, phone in room, can be taken out. Unlimited candy jar. Coffee/tea/snacks 24 hours. Enjoy a breakfast basket delivered to your room, or have breakfast in various dining areas. This room is very quiet, but it is next to the kitchen.
