Unsurpassed views. From the decks, the windows, you watch the whales, the seals, the gulls, the fog, the ocean sunsets. Watching from an ocean bluff-covered with myriad rock formations along the shore in a once-thriving lumber town called Elk. You walk the wide sandy beach in the state park just south of the inn. There are fireplaces, private baths with hand painted tiles and Jacuzzi tubs, soft down comforters, artistic expressions everywhere. Our garden-by-the-edge-of-the-sea is waiting for you with flowers for your room and dinner table, and the freshest herbs and greens.

Cliffhouse Entrance - Walking through the "Torii" to the Cliffhouse, the huge deck with the rustic columns frame the rock formations offshore...
Cliffhouse Suite - Redwood cabin on edge. Panoramic view, upper level tub looking out to sea, king bed, granite/marble fireplace, slate flooring with radiant heat, big deck. Inside, a king size bed, a toasty airtight fireplace, a refrigerator and coffee machine, fireplace, and reading lights... Cliffhouse Bath - Up a spiral staircase to private bath with a black marble double-sized bathtub overlooking the Pacific. Looking down on birds hovering for fish.
