Daniel Boone would feel right at home in this late 1700’s log cabin room with a queen size Iron Bed and bunk beds made from Tennessee grown trees! The claw foot bathtub and hand pump at the sink adds to its character. The only thing Daniel Boone would have to get use to is the carpet on the floor!!

Let the magnolias in the room and dogwood trees along the creek outside your window take you to an era of Victorian with a one of a kind queen size canopy bed. The Major Cockrell Room - First Floor The Major built our place as a home for his family. Now we have a room named after him, honoring him with furnishings that reflect the 1800's, yet fully equipped with all the modern conveniences! There is a queen and a twin bed and 3 windows to let plenty of light in. It is located on the 1st floor with just 4 short steps to enter this room.
