The original kitchen built in 1720 and used continuously until the 1920's when a modern kitchen was added to the manor. The original cooking fireplace with 5 ft. by 5 ft. opening was modified by closing this to use as a normal fireplace. The charred ceiling and wall beams are all original and the Queen bed is now on the main level instead of the loft where the cook once slept. Now with modern Jacuzzi bathroom and tiny porch overlooking a serene pasture.
