The Phillips-Yates-Snowden House Guest rooms occupy the top floor and have all modern conveniences with bathrooms that are privately accessable from the room. Amenities include, off-street parking, custom breakfast, afternoon wine and snacks. Bicycles are available for guest use.Note that after The Earthquake of 1886 your room became fully air conditioned. There is no extra charge for the constable on the donkey.

Private entrance & garden/off street parking:1200 sq.ft./2 BR/DR/LR Full bath adjoins the two bedrooms upstairs. Also includes downstairs powder room,full kitchen,ample closet space,laundry room with washer dryer.
