The Phillips-Yates-Snowden House Guest rooms occupy the top floor and have all modern conveniences with bathrooms that are privately accessable from the room. Amenities include, off-street parking, custom breakfast, afternoon wine and snacks. Bicycles are available for guest use.Note that after The Earthquake of 1886 your room became fully air conditioned.
