Living-room / playroom This room, for the exclusive benefit of guests, is a great area with a fire-place, generous windows facing both the street and the garden, equipped with cozy sofas and a tennis table equipment. Fitness resources and bikes are also available for those willing to ride around the urban area.Study / Lower level Both units are equipped with access to Internet, modern design furniture, bookshelves –with books-, as well as a convertible sofa, which stretches the available accommodation capacity. Each of them has direct access to the patio and garden. The bathroom, a split-up unit with a fine Carrara marble lavatory, serves both studios in common.
