This is one of our rooms, the Queen's Solar. I chose this name because it's high above the great room and in the afternoon, the sun pours through the stained glass windows and the skylight. Awe-inspiring clouds scud gothically over the inn on an early winter's afternoon.The stained glass windows in the Great Room were rescued from an old church that was being torn down. This is the view in the late afternoon from the inside balcony of the Queen's Solar. Just look at the reflection from the sun!
