The sitting room allows for additional sleeping space on the pull out queen sofa bed. This is ideal for parents and one or two teenagers. There are two great views; the bedroom overlooks our garden and patio while the sitting room overlooks the front of the house. The rooms' garden themed décor brings the garden inside all year round.
