    The Apple Bin Inn is located in the town of Willow Street, in the heart of Lancaster County. We are located on Rt. 272 N, about 4 miles South of downtown Lancaster City, between Rt. 741 and Penn Grant Road. Please call our toll-free number if you need more specific directions.

    Take 501 South toward Lancaster. As the road becomes Route 222 South, go over the bridge and follow Prince Street through the city and out the south side, to the town of Willow Street. Go through the intersection of Route 741, and you'll be on Rt. 272 South. Make a left onto the second street - West Willow Road. At the stop sign make a left and an immediate right into the driveway of the Apple Bin Inn.

Then spend the night snuggled under a down comforter and handmade antique quilt in your upstairs bedroom. The unique tiled bathroom is an extra plus. A second bedroom is also available in the Cottage for larger families. Escape from the ordinary in the Braeburn Cottage!

      - Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged for one night or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater.
      - Cancellations within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This includes "no-shows" and premature check-outs.
      - For peak holiday weekends, the 7 day and 3 day requirements above become 14 days and 7 days respectively.
      - For group reservations (3 or more rooms) other requirements apply, which will be explained at time of booking.

    Because we believe that a perfect breakfast should touch all of the senses, china, crystal, silver, fine linens, and candlelight all add to what we know will be a memorable breakfast.The Braeburn Cottage is a separate two-story retreat with it's own distinctive country décor.  
 
Relax by the flickering flames of the gas fireplace in your living room, enjoy a snack in your well-appointed dining room, or just watch a favorite movie on the VCR.  Then spend the night snuggled under the antique heirloom quilt and down comforter on the acorn post bed in the master bedroom upstairs. The uniquely tiled private bathroom is an extra plus.
 
There's also a 2nd bedroom available in the cottage, with two twin beds that can be combined into a king size bed.

    Breathe in the moonlight on your private balcony in the Empire Room, and snuggle under an antique quilt and down comforter on your queen size canopy bed.  An all-season electric fireplace will add extra warmth on cool nights.  Awaken to the morning sun and magnolia blossoms, and the aroma of a scrumptious country breakfast.  Includes ensuite private bath.The queen-size Windsor bed, adorned with 
a handmade family heirloom quilt, 
embroidered pillowcases, and a plush
down comforter, make this the perfect suite to dream the night away!  The bedroom also features a cherry roll-top writing desk. The cozy separate sitting room is perfect for snuggling, reading, knitting, or just watching your favorite TV show. The Cortland Suite includes an in-room Private Bath, with plush towels, guest toiletries, 
massage shower head, and hairdryer.
    While birds sing and squirrels play outside your door, you'll enjoy the comfort and rustic décor of the McIntosh Room.  This first floor room has its own private patio entrance, cathedral ceiling, and ensuite private bath.  Reminiscent of a hunting or fishing cabin, it's the ideal hideaway for two.The Cortland Suite's cozy sitting room features a relaxing loveseat, comfy reading chair, and cable TV.
    Our extensive library has books to satisfy every reader's taste.  It's a great place to have a conversation with the innkeepers or fellow guests.Breakfast at the Apple Bin Inn is a time of pure enjoyment for our guests. (This photo shows our baked deep-dish strawberry french toast - one of our guests' favorite entrees!)  We use local produce and meats from area shops and farmers markets to create scrumptious country breakfasts.  Fresh herbs from our garden and greenhouse are also used to enhance our gourmet dishes.
    Relax amid roses, magnolias, and azaleas, and breathe the fresh country air under the shade of the gazebo on the brick patio.Seasonal fresh fruit appetizers accompany every breakfast.  These are our banana split parfaits, topped with a sprinkle of Hershey's Kiss!
    Our pecan baked apples are a favorite of inn guests!Our scrumptious full country breakfasts are lovingly prepared in our arched brick hearth kitchen.
