The Braeburn Suite: This spacious suite features a gas fireplace, sitting area, floor-to-ceiling bay windows, king-size canopy bed and full bathroom with large walk-in shower. Trompe-l'oeil swags of rope adorn the walls. This room is located on the first floor and is handicapped accessible.
The Cortland Suite: This sumptuous second floor suite features a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a handsome king-size four-poster bed, a sitting area with two reading chairs, a spacious desk and a deluxe bathroom with Jacuzzi jetted bathtub and shower. Beautifully painted Trompe-l'oeil enhances the room.

The Arkansas Black Room: This charming second floor room features a rustic gas fireplace, a large reading chair, a unique half moon desk, lovely view of our garden deck and a private bathroom with tub and shower. This room can be arranged with either two twin beds or one king bed, please advise at the time of booking.
The Empire Suite: Escape to this exquisite, spacious third floor suite with its cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, elegant king-size four-poster bed and sitting area appointed with a love seat and reading chair. The charming desk is leather topped with painted accents. The deluxe bathroom has a Jacuzzi jetted bathtub with shower.
The Granny Smith Suite: Relax in this comfortable second floor room with its handsome queen-size four-poster bed, rustic gas fireplace, original wood parquet floors topped with oriental rugs and a separate sitting room with a reading chair and desk. A beautiful bay window overlooks tree-lined Elmer Street. The bath is appointed with a Jacuzzi jetted tub and shower.
Our formal dining room is perfect for meals with family or friends, or even for private business meetings.
The Macintosh Room: This bright second floor room is warm and inviting. In it you will find a delicate king-size four-poster bed, a handsome work desk, a rustic gas fireplace and wood parquet floors topped with oriental carpets. Reading chairs adorn each window. The spacious bath features a luxurious jetted Jacuzzi tub with shower and a classic pedestal sink.
Enjoy private seating for breakfast in our bright, comfortable and exquistely furnished Fernwood Tea Room. Afternoon Tea served daily, by appointment.

We had a wonderful stay. We've never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this was a great choice! The staff was so friendly and very welcoming. The food was amazing and loved the location. We plan on returning in the future :)

A wonderful B&B: great location; superb breakfast; comfortable room; everyone who works there was incredibly friendly and helpful. We shall stay there again next time we are in Pittsburgh.

We loved the Inn on Negley. It was inviting and cozy. Our room was charming and clean, although there really wasn't anyplace to work and set things. We did spend time in the common area which was very nice. There is also a great porch, but it was too chilly to sit outside while we were there. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast, however, was just ordinary. We have had amazing gourmet breakfasts at B and B's in the past, and this was a bit disappointing in that regard.

We are always on the lookout for charming B&Bs and the Inn on Negley was one of the best ever. The rooms are charming and spacious (we were able to see most of them), the breakfast much better than at most B&Bs -- we really liked being able to select our choice from a menu with many options. My daughter had homework to do, so we spent an afternoon in the public rooms, enjoying the fresh and plentiful tea, coffee and baked goods in front of a warm fire. Everyone who worked at the Inn was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. We will stay here whenever we are in Pittsburgh!

We have stayed in many B&B over the years. This is possbly the best all round place ever. Impeccable attention to detail in the restoration of the property. Spotless housekeeping and the best fruit salad for breakfast (and I don't like fruit salad).

Had the option to stay here rather than a nearby 'big box' hotel and what a treat! Room was exquisitely furnished with such attention to detail. Loved the big 4-poster bed, roaring fire and garden tub. And...as a business traveler, great wifi. Breakfast was cooked to order and overall quite a lovely stay. Will be back!

The rooms were amazing-first class all the way. I stayed in 2 different ones as I requested the room on the main floor for the first night because of my physical limitations when I arrived. The third floor room was very nice. My daughter came for the two breakfasts which were delicious and the service superb. I will stay at the Inn on Negley when I visit my family in Pittsburgh-I have been spoiled with such an elegant and comfortable stay. I can't wait to go back.
