Very nice alternative to the usual business hotel!

Wonderful Honeymoon spot

4.8 on October 11, 2014

We stopped here on our roadtrip honeymoon and it was amazing! Walking distance to shops and neat restaurants and not too far drive to downtown Pittsburgh. The staff was great, the food was wonderful and the room was beautiful! Loved every minute.

Sleeping on a Cloud!

We had a fabulous weekend at The Inn on Negley. The inn is beautiful and cozy--private and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, the staff gracious and the bed was unbelievable. We travel a lot and this was by far, the most comfy bed ever!

We stayed at the Inn on Negley for my high school reunion and had a marvelous time. The room and service were outstanding. This was coupled with tea in the afternoon and wine and cheese before dinner. What could be better. We will definately stay her on our next visit to Pittsburgh

Wonderful Time in Pittsburgh!

Spending 2 days visiting the wonderful museums was only enhanced by the quaint BB we chose ( i.e. Inn on Negley). Close to wonderful restaurants and shops, it also provided a quiet respite after a very busy day!

Pittsburgh Gem!

5 on September 11, 2014

Beautiful property in Shadyside, one of the best neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. Walking distance to shopping on Walnut St. and many great restaurants. My husband and I prefer to stay at Inns and B&B's when we travel. The Inn on Negley is at the top of our list. If you are traveling to Pittsburgh for any reason, we highly recommend! If you can't stay the night, they also have a tea service that is wonderful.

Anniversary Overnight

4.6 on September 11, 2014

My husband and I stayed in the Granny Smith room to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary. (We stayed at the Inn on our wedding night one year earlier.) The room was comfortable, tastefully done and very clean. We loved how comfortable the bed was and enjoyed the use of the bath/whirlpool tub. We made use of every possible amenity-the robes, the slippers, having a cheese plate (delicious!) delivered to our room. We enjoyed coffee/tea time from 3-5pm and had a glass of wine on the deck. The deck area is surrounded by beautifully maintained flowers and plants-it feels like you are in a garden and not in the middle of an urban neighborhood. The staff was attentive and very accommodating. We had the continental breakfast which was delicious and were given a gracious late checkout as we stayed from a Sunday-Monday. I would recommend this Inn to anyone who wants to have a unique and luxurious experience in a great and central location. We can't wait to go back!

An Unforgettable Stay

We loved this inn! We stayed in the cortland Suite and loved everything about it. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The room was off on its own so it was quiet though outside traffic in the early morning was a little loud. The breakfasts were so wonderful especially since they were included in the room rate. The chef made everything fresh. The pastries were delicious. The service was top notch with very polite and courteous staff. We look forward to staying there again the next time in town!
