This was our second stay at The Inn on Negley and it again lived up to expectations. Rooms are well appointed, service is top notch and always offered with a smile and breakfast offered variety and is both tasty and satisfying. It's location is ideal for access to all of Pittsburgh. We will always stay here when visiting Pittsburgh.

Had a great two nights stay at the Inn on Negley. Shadyside is a lovely neighbourhood for shopping and dining. Easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. Staff(especially Heidi) were very helpful. Spotlessly clean accommodation and extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was a delight. Will return and tell friends about it.

This is one of my favourite inns! What a lovely surprise to find something this lovely in Pittsburgh. Rooms are gorgeous. Food is fantastic thanks to a talented and creative chef. The staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. This is an Inn that pays attention to detail. From turn down service at night with a treat, to complimentary tea, coffee and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon to wine and cheese in the evening. Would absolutely return there. Truly a winner.

The Inn on Negley is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is a short drive to the Phipps, Carnegie museums, the Strip District, Downtown, Southside, and the North Shore. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Inn is quiet and there is a nice patio in the back for breakfast or tea. Highly recommend it!

We were there for two nights in the Cortland room on the second floor. Pittsburgh was very hot, but the large room was fully air-conditioned and comfortable at all hours. We enjoyed the chance to walk around the Shadyside neighborhood, where there are lots of places to eat and (window-)shop. We also appreciated that they supplied fresh towels during their bed turndown visit one evening while we were out in addition to the post-breakfast room cleanup.

Had never been to Pittsburgh so we had to rely on opinions of others to select a place to stay. Everyone was right about The Inn on Negley. We had an awesome stay and couldn't imagine staying any place else the next time we are in Pittsburgh.

I love Pittsburgh, and the Inn on Negley is THE place to stay there. Every room has a different charm (I know because I've stayed in almost all of them). The outdoor deck is especially lush in the warm months with artistically arranged planters everywhere. Beds are extremely comfy; breakfast is generous and beautifully prepared. The Shadyside neighborhood is lovely and you can walk to Walnut St. shops and restaurants. A home-away-from-home.

Very happy with the stay. Service was wonderful, house was beautiful. Even our room, the Pippin, which is one of the smaller rooms, was spacious both in the room itself and the bathroom for my wife and myself. Great location for easy access to many of the fun things to do and see in Pittsburgh, and it's a very nice neighborhood, too.

Beautifully preserved 100+ year old home in the perfect setting for exploring Pittsburgh's beautiful residential neighborhoods. Just blocks from outdoor cafés and shops. Lovely rooms, attentive service.. Afternoon wine on the back veranda. We will definitely come again..
