Spruce Hill Manor is an elegant 1907 Edwardian residence located in historic University City, just minutes to Center City and many of Philadelphia's historic attractions. Spruce Hill Manor features the orginal oak and mahogany woodwork, stained glass and beautiful antiques throughout.
