Light on the Lake Bed and Breakfast

Our lakefront location has some of the deepest beach in the area. The house is a modern ranch style, with several levels of decks available to our guests. We have two rooms for bed and breakfast guests, and a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen for weekly rentals. The North East Marina, adjacent to our property, offers charter fishing excursions and the Crazy Parrot Restaurant. Several wineries are within five miles.

At the intersection with Route 5, turn right to go east on Route 5. Go several more miles on Route 5. Pass Mazza Winery on right, then a barn with a sign for "Frank Ann Farms". At the barn, turn left on North Dewey Road. After a quarter mile, at Seitzinger Road turn right. After another quarter mile, we are the last house on the left - with a lighthouse in the front yard!

We have some of the best beach in Erie County, with several levels of decks. Our Lakefront Room has a private deck that overlooks the beach and North East Marina!Our common room is cozy and warm - with a superb view of the lake and beach.
The Seashell Room is a cozy room next to our lighthouse, and features a double bed.The spacious Lakefront Room has a sitting area with a loveseat and chair, a private deck overlooking the beach, and a private bathroom with his/hers basins, a tub, and a shower stall.
