Alpenhof B&B, a 300 yr. old converted barn, just minutes from Philly and many popular attractions, is a serene respite from most other getaways! We boast incredibly comfortable beds, beautifully decorated rooms, numerous amenities, fabulous cooked-to-order breakfast, beautiful gardens, a professional recording studio, and kind,warm hospitality. We're 3 minutes from Pennsylvania's largest State Park and Arboretum and 5 minutes from Media and local rail lines for easy travel into Philly! Alpenhof is definitely NOT your typical B&B!

476 to Exit 5 (Lima/Springfield). Follow Route 1 South (towards Lima)1.2 miles to the 2nd exit (Media/252/Newtown Square Exit). At stop sign, turn right onto 252 North and immediately go left onto Rose Tree Road at the first light. 300 feet ahead (after Red Brick House #95), turn right onto Sycamore Mills Drive. This road becomes North Ridley Creek Road after 1 mile. Continue 3/10th of a mile to the top of the first hill. Turn right into the driveway after guardrail.

THEN.....Two perfectly poached eggs served on English Muffins. Buttered. Fresh cut ham slice - fried. Fresh Hollandaise sauce. Sprig of Parsely. Sides include fresh home fries, bacon or sausage served on a warmed plates.

Her favorite hobbies include bestowing kindness, compassion, and lots of food throughout! Her other favorite hobbies include baking, reading and needlework. - The innkeepers speak: English, German, Spanish
